What is mscorsvw.exe and why is it using 100% of my CPU? is there any security issues ?

The Answer
mscorsvw.exe belongs to .Net framework, it precompile .NET assemblies in the background, and will run with low priority so it will not stop your other applications from working.
usually mscorsvw.exe will run for some minutes to precompile .NET assemblies and then will shut down and never lunched again.
but if you want to stop it you can type :

ngen.exe executequeueditems
