Citizens from theses 33 privileged countries "UK, France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea and Hong Kong" will have a visit visa valid for 60 days in the airport,
Citizens of the Arab Gulf Co-operation Council member states "Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia" do not need a visa,
Israeli nationals can not have a visa for Dubai and are not permitted to enter Dubai or the United Arab Emirates, Also to enter Dubai your passport should not contain Israeli stamps.

- 2 photographs
- Duplicate application form
- Letter or fax from the sponsor in the UAE to the embassy concerned
