I Can't install Windows 8 and 8.1
I have windows 8 and windows 8.1 install bootable DVDs, but both wont install on my dell vostro laptop.

after the startup, I click Install now, I get an error message "Required drivers cannot be found"

Try running your computer setup and check if the hard drive is enabled/detected.
also if you have sata hard drive, try to enable/disable AHCI setting (changing the mode from AHCI from/to sata ide)
