I have a windows server 2003, i need to install an application that came with 2 exe versions (x32 & x64),

If you want to check whether your OS and processor is 32 bit or 64 bit go to Run and type dxdiag and hit enter.
On the System dialogue box you will see the description of your operating system and your processor. If it says Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/2003 x-64 or 64bit or titanium than your system is 64 bit. If it doesn't than its 32 bit
