How to install (enable) Asp.net on IIS 7 (Vista)
I have installed IIS7 on windows Vista, i configured my asp.net 3.5 web application, but i got an error :

Error Summary

HTTP Error 404.3 - Not Found

The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the extension configuration. If the page is a script, add a handler. If the file should be downloaded, add a MIME map.

i think asp.net is not integrated to iis 7, (note : asp.net and visual studio is installed on my os)

You to add asp.net capabilities to IIS 7, this is how :

to install IIS (internet information server) on windows vista :

1 / Control Panel
2 / Programs & Features
3 / Turn windows Features On or Off
4 / Expand "Internet Information Service"
5 / Expand "World wide web services"
6 / Expand "Application development services"
7 / Select ".NET extensibility" and "ASP.NET" and "ISAPI Extensions" and "ISAPI Filters"
8 / Apply

That's all
