Please how to sumbit an url to the Ask.com search engine? does anybody have the link?

Ask.com crawl the web to find sites and page and don't have a submission page, but you can use the open-format Sitemaps protocol that ask.com support :
Just submit your sitemap through the ask.com ping URL:
http://submissions.ask.com/ping?sitemap=http://www.your_sitemap_url_here.xml
